A Good Computer Rental Shop

Computer Repair Manual

There are a lot of computer rental shops out there that provide the same service as the rest of the pack. But if you want your computer rental shop to stand out among your competitors, check out not only how fast your computers and your internet access are but also the chairs, the tables and even the payment scheme. Clients are a meticulous lot and sometimes the smallest details go a long long way.

Here are some of the things that you might want to check in your computer rental shop.

1. Are the computers and the connections fast?
This is the main service that you are providing so make sure that it is up to par with. Fast internet connection and computer terminals will satisfy customers and will ensure a good word of mouth. It is through this that people know where to go when they want to use a computer outside their homes. Build first a solid reputation with your primary service. When that is taken cared of, move on to the itty bitty details.

2. Are your chairs comfortable?
Clients can be complainers and no matter how much faster your internet connection is compared to say the next door computer rental shop, if they get backache with the chairs that you purchased they will not come to your store. What is worse, you will not even be known as the rental shop with the fastest connection, you will be regarded as the rental shop that contributes to scoliosis. So check that chair out!

3. Is your temperature ok?
Believe it or not, clients use this reason when they switch from one computer rental shop to the next. As small reason as this is, it is nevertheless valid. Remember that in order to have a pretty good experience when using your computer rental service, they need to be comfortable and part of that comfort can be derived from the temperature of the room. Too hot a room will irritate everyone while too cold will brain freeze everyone. No one wants extreme temps so make sure that your air con is doing okay.

4. Payment system
Another area of contention is of course the price and the payment system. Some computer rental shops will offer rentals by the minute while others will round of their minutes to the latest quarter. Check out the pricing of those shops near you and try to also offer the same price when all else are equal. This way, you will remain competitive.

Another thing that you should work on is the clarity of the payment system. Make sure that you or your staff communicate the system clearly to your clients. Otherwise they can get frustrated come paying time. This way, you can avoid confrontations, which are really bad for business.

5. Amiable staff
One of the reasons why people go back to a place whether it is a store or a restaurant or a computer rental shop is the people inside. Make sure that the people that you hire are amiable and are always smiling. It does not hurt if you hire those who have pleasing looks as this is also a come on for clients especially when you are situated near universities, which are filled with youngsters with raging hormones.
